Luton: Completion of Quran memorization ceremony was organized at Jamia-al-Akbaria Luton in which Director Al-Hara Educational and Cultural Center Masjid Prof. Masood Akhtar Hazarawi, Superintendent of Jamia Islamia Ghousia Lutan Allama Qazi Abdul Aziz Chishti, Khatib of Luton Central Mask Allama Hafiz Ejaz Ahmed, Luton Quran Academy Director Imam Muhammad Ehsanullah, Mayor Luton Councilor Mahmood Hussain, Deputy Leader Luton Council Councilor Raja Muhammad Aslam Khan, Sunni Council Raja Faisal Kayani, Rehana Faisal, Former Mayor Luton Muhammad Riaz Butt, Councilor Raja Waheed Akbar, Shabbir Hussain Malik of Muslim Conference, Chaudhry Imtiaz Hussain and Mumtaz Butt and many others were present.
Prof. Akhtar said in his speech that only by studying and adhering to the Qur’an can children and youth be reformed. On this occasion, certificates were given to 14 children who completed Quran recitation. However, this year two children who completed memorization of the Qur’an were also given Dasthar Fazilat and certificates.
On this occasion, prayers were offered for the recovery of Pir Abid Siddiqui of Jamia-al-Akbaria. The message in the program is concluded that we should follow good role models and our lives should be a true example of the teachings of the Qur’an.
