Jamia Islamia Ghousia Trust Luton celebrates independence Day
Luton: The Jamia Islamia Ghousia Trust Luton celebrated the 74th independence day of Pakistan on Friday with full zeal and enthusiasm and paid tribute to highlight the struggle of our forefathers and national heroes for acquiring a separate homeland.
The director of Jamia, Qazi Abdul Aziz, made a special prayer for peace, solidarity and prosperity of the country.
The mayor of Luton, Cllr Mahmood Hussain, highlighted the services of Pakistan movement heroes and paid tributes to their extraordinary contributions to making Pakistan a reality.
Pakistan press club UK, Luton Branch, also organises a special programme to pay a tribute to national heroes and forefathers for the great struggle for the Independence of Pakistan.
